Ash Wednesday Service

On Wednesday, February 26th at 12 o’clock noon and at 7:00 p.m., we will offer worship opportunities to begin the season of Lent. We will observe a time of meditation and the Imposition of Ashes as a sign of God’s grace and symbol of our mortality.

Christ Walk: A Journey of Spirtual Fitness

Beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 26th, and throughout the 40 days of Lent, join us each weekday at 12 o’clock noon at Springdale track at the Recreation Center, weather permitting, for prayer and walking fellowship.

Chancel Choir -- Wednesdays at 7:30

The Chancel Choir provides music and leads the congregation in singing each week at the 11:00 service. Special musical offerings are also presented throughout the year. This group is open to adults and youth.

Children's Choir-- Meets for As Needed
The Children's Ensemble is a choir for children in grades K through 5. and meets to prepare music for special events, etc.

Jubilant Ringers -- Wednesdays at 6:15

The Jubilant Ringers is an advanced handbell choir providing music for worship monthly.

Morning Bells -- Mondays at 2:00

The Morning Bells play for worship at FUMC and also at local retirement homes. We are in need of new ringers!

Praise Band -- every other Monday at 5:30

The Praise Band and Singers provide music for our 9:00 worship service. If you are interested in singing Contemporary Christian music, this is the group for you! Instrumentalists are also welcome.
